The Fumes coming out from the Boilers has high level of pollutants, mainly in terms of hazardous pollutants, lead, SPM level and hazardous gases etc. Since global warming is a burning issue in the present scenario so we at Sai Global Nature Care recommend you to install our State of the Art Wet Scrubber units to trap the impurities from Fumes, so that clean air with almost negligible pollutants level (norms specified by Pollution Control Board) can be discharged to the atmosphere. Our unique Fume Control System based on Wet Scrubber for Fumes Collection, is able to achieve specified norms quite easily at low energy expenses.
The equipment is very simple. It is easy to control and maintain with a pressure loss within 300 mm WG so, very high discharge pressure centrifugal blowers are not required and operational cost can be reduced.
